[Spike looks considerably more cheerful than he did when he left. He also looks considerably more beaten up. This could be because he spent the past week fighting as many demons and vampires and in one case, a very confused slayer who'd gotten the wrong idea and hit him a few times before they'd sorted things out and averted a fairly small and routine apocalypse together. Still, the bruises and cuts may look bad, but they'll be gone by tomorrow, and the violence was really fun. So he's grinning when he turns on the camera.]

Hullo, everyone, I'm back!

[He leans back, tongue poking out from between his teeth.]

So. I miss anything interesting?

On that note, I'm thinking I can refrain from threatening people. This doesn't mean I'm any more reformed than before, or if sufficiently pissed off I won't be attacking people. However, after seeing how I sounded during the flood, I can see how it may be better to simply do what I will, and not telegraph it like a mentally deranged old hag.

I know how he was created. My sister cursed the Tin Man...well, she called it 'praying to the unnamed God for him to chop his limbs off and have them replaced by bits of tin', but I know a curse when I see one.

Fine. I suppose 'miss' her is just the wrong word for it. I regret that I wasn't there to help her, since she did ask me to rule with her at one point, and had I done that, I might have been there to stop her assassination. I feel frustrated that in visiting her when I was concerned about affairs in Munchkinland, I was unable to save Sarima and her sisters, and yet that visit didn't help me help my sister. I feel furious that some little brat robbed her corpse. Miss her, however, is the wrong word because I barely ever saw her, and before her death would go years without thinking of her. How can I say I miss her when I didn't particularly care to visit her before her death?

You know, death by falling house isn't usually intentional. I mean, there've got to be snipers and poison in your world, right? Assassinations are usually at least a bit subtle.
