Well, there's the fact that I'm an unholy creature of the night and not prone to celebrating even commercialized Christian holidays that are really pagan rituals.
There's the part where I'm sure I'm permanently on the naughty list, and proud of it. [He may be good, but he'll never be nice.]
And then there's the way Christmas just loses some meaning when you know "Santa Claus" is actually a demon who disembowels children.
