Oh. Well, yeah. I guess a Gate can kind of be like that. Only there's no Hell. Just the waters and levels of death.

Yes. Nine. Each one is different and each one is dangerous. They're meant to trap the Dead and lead them to the Final Gate.

Well, I've been to Hell. There weren't really any gate type things. Course, I wasn't dead at the time. My girl went to Heaven when she died. Or a Heaven dimension, I guess.
